Jeffro is a founding member and ShortCuts Treasurer. One of his passions is helping STR technology and service providers generate demand, launch products and win sales deals.
He’s an accomplished rainmaker who helps vacation rental companies accelerate growth, usually between $10M to $50M ARR. His ability to translate market need into business opportunity has helped deliver two significant exit valuations - one >$200MM and the other >$80MM.
After an immersive experience in 2024 - ‘25 leading reservation sales, marketing and revenue management at Stay in Tamarindo in Costa Rica, Jeff is back in the US consulting with industry suppliers big and small.

Since 2012, he's worked for and with vacation rental property managers, independent hotels, and their technology and service suppliers.
As a marketing leader, he's developed the strategies and built high-performing teams (people + tech) that accelerated growth, most often in the $10M to $50M ARR range. His work contributed to two successful exits, including one of the largest majority investments in vacation rental tech in July 2022.
As a consultative seller, he's successfully sold millions in new business using his ability to uncover and translate business needs into opportunity while earning the trust of his customers.
His sales acumen make him an exceptional revenue marketer - enabling him to quickly assess go-to-market situations, identify opportunities, craft and implement winning solutions, all while unifying Sales and Marketing teams.
Prior to his work in Hospitality, Jeff was Yahoo!’s first dedicated B2B brand marketing hire in 1999. He helped the company grow ad sales from $500M to $1B by repositioning internet advertising in a way that helped Yahoo! 'cross the chasm' with Fortune 1000 brands. He also helped launch Yahoo!’s enterprise and broadcast services division, and build sponsorship programs for the world’s most trafficked website in 2006, FIFAworldcup.com.
